Luggage transfer service was excellent. We did the whole Pembrokeshire Coast path so had 12 days of transfers and it all went very smoothly, even when we had to make two hasty changes to our itinerary during the walk it was no problem. We emailed Colin the amended details and the changes were made immediately. Our luggage is not new but sustained no damage at all when it was being moved around, not handled like it might in an airport! We met Colin on three separate occasions and each time he arrived exactly at the time he said he would, one time having kindly rescued my waterproof trousers that got left behind at our previous bnb. He also took us to the start of the walk from the place were we had left our car. We would thoroughly recommend this service as professional and supportive to walkers, Colin was really helpful and we cannot thank him enough for enabling us to do our amazing Coastal walk.
